SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

FEDEX EXPRESS:

TORONTO: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

MONTREAL: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

INTERNATIONAL: 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS

Most orders usually ships out 4 to 5 days from the time of confirmation. Orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed and shipment arrival time is calculated from the time of physical shipment.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed based on availability and credit verification.

Sales tax guidelines: Orders are all subject to their appropriate sales tax.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM US EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. M.A SKINZ. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. We do not ship orders on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Usually, local shipping orders placed before 12 PM US Eastern Time will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same or next day given stock availability. If you refuse or return a shipment from M.A SKINZ, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the shipping costs of associated with returning the package to us. Additionally, any refused or returned to sender shipments that were not a result of fraudulent charges, will incur a $25 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

CUSTOM ORDER

Custom order production time is 7 to 10 business days, in busy period this time can overrun. Overnight and 2-day orders received past 12pm EST will ship out the day after the order is received.
* Please note in HIGH season slides can take up to 10 days to ship.

We will gladly accept return requests on most items except for footwear (size exchange only) and custom outerwear (all fur coats) within 7 days from the time of delivery!

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SALES ITEMS. Please allow up to 7 days transit time.

M.A SKINZ must authorize all returns prior to you sending back the goods. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED ORDER NUMBER. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment less the returns shipping fee, and the original shipping fee if there was one. If we receive your return past 7 days after the order delivery date, you will be subjected to an additional $25 restocking fee. Returns received past 14 days will not be accepted nor refunded, no exceptions. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post refund amounts to your account.

Once the steps above are complete, send all returns to the address below and be sure to mark the outside of the package with your order number:
